The National Statistical Institute presents to your attention the Catalogue of Statistical Publications 2008.

The Catalogue contains detailed and clearly structured information on NSI printed and electronic publications issued in 2008, presented in 4 themes (General Publications, Population and Social Statistics, Economy, Statistical Classifications). The Catalogue presents each publication by title, through a short summary of contents, ISSN number, periodicity, type (printed or electronic), price and publication deadline.

In accordance with international practice, the National Statistical Institute offers an analogous electronic version of most publications, as well as publications available only on an electronic carrier (CD-ROM).

We hope that the Catalogue will be useful as a basic guide to statistical information products offered by the NSI and will greatly facilitate users of statistical information.

The Catalogue of Statistical Publications 2008 is available printed as well as electronic edition on the NSI website.

Subscription for NSI publications (printed and electronic) is available at the Publications Division (e-mail: publikacii@nsi.bg.) and the Regional Statistical Offices. Users of statistical information can also subscribe to NSI publications by filling in the subscription order from attached at the end of this catalogue and sending it to the following address:

PURCHASE OF NSI PUBLICATIONS

Depending on the type of publication:

- Printed publications - available at the bookshop at 2, Panayot Volov St. as well as the NSI Publications Division and Regional Statistical Offices.

- Electronic publications - available at the NSI Publications Division and Regional Statistical Offices.

The price per publication indicated in the catalogue includes VAT and postal expenses.

Purchase and subscription to NSI publications from abroad is only available by bank transfer. Cheques are not acceptable.

Publications which have already been paid for shall be sent to customers after a list of publications and a valid postal address is provided to the NSI Publications Division (e-mail: publikacii@nsi.bg).

Proforma invoices can be issued upon request.

Any subscription shall be considered valid after the receipt of a document verifying the payment. Invoices are issued on the date of the remittance of the sum to the NSI bank account.
